I am now short of money for college and this will be my first year. what is the quickest way to get money?

I already have 2750 from loans and 2250 from the challenge. im short 1900 plus books. I dont think i can take out any loans cause i dont have any credit built up. I just need so serious help or advice. I dont want to go to a community college..

What is a quick, legal way to earn some money?

My college roommate and I are desperate to get our hands on an xbox 360 (hehe), though, being college students, we have no money🙁 We are jobless, and too busy to get one, though we do have a few afternoons that we can spare for the sake of getting some money. My roommate thought about scanning craigslist from things people are giving away, renting a u-haul, and selling everything on campus (or somewhere else). Can anyone think of any other ways to earn some money (legal, obviously:))? We have a car, internet connection, and a weekend (plus afterschool time) to accomplish this goal. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Ok, perhaps the context of why we need the money detracts from the dignity of the question, but can people just give their ideas about quick(ish), legal ways to earn money? Think of it as a creative way to spend an afternoon as under-grad entrepreneurs. However you view it, sarcastic comments (however true) are not what I was looking for.

Quick ways to earn money?

I’m going on a ton of trips this summer including a shopping trip with my my friend…but I don’t have much to spend. My parents put like all my allowance in my college saving banking account which I know is all good but I want some to spend too! I get like 20$ every month for doing chores and stuff… I babysit a little but not much.

I need some things I can do as quick ways to earn money. I’m in 8th grade. Maybe a garage sale?? I dont know!! haha… Please don’t suggest that because I already do that.. and I don’t even have many people to babysit… please suggest any quick way (within 2 weeks) I can earn a pretty good amount of money!

Also,are there any ways I can convince my parents to possibly raise my allowance, and do you think I even should ask them to raise my allowance.. or is that just impolite and rude??

What are some ways that you could make quick and easy money in college?

I attend a college 6 hrs away from my home. I quit my job when i started going to school because I do not have a car and there was no way that I could make it to and from work. There are no surrounding places that I could work at. I’m broke. With all of my grants and loans my tuition is still coming up short as something I just cant afford! I cry everyday and every night because I do not know how I am going to make it! Can someone please help me..how can I make quick easy money so that I can get through this?
