Both are extremely competitive programmes to enter, and both have fantastic money in them. However, do you wonder if there are many people entering these professions because it is their vocation, or is it the financial aspect that attracts?

Anyone in the UK who says you do medicine for the money isn’t a doctor. Trust me, I’ve been qualified for 10 years, and while I earn more than average, it isn’t as much as joe public thinks, and there are lots of jobs where you get better money a lot more quickly than medicine. We also have much higher overheads than others in a similar wage bracket due to exams, courses, membership fees for the GMC, BMA, Royal Colleges etc, medical indeminity insurance… The list goes on and on.

If you want money quickly, become an actuary or something like that.

Contact your local citizens advice beareu (lol, cant spell it XD) and ask them what funding you are entitled to and where to get it. If you live within the UK and are under 25 you can get into contact with the princes trust to get funding. You can also get a student loan out to pay for your course and pay it back in installments when your earning over a certain amount (some companies do this oh so nice service which is really good) do some research online and contact the collage you want to enrol in and ask them if they can reccomend anything for you. If its a course that will defonately lead to a career or self employment, you will be very likely to get a scholorship or funding or a loan cause they know it will amount to something.

Please HELP! How much money do I need to pay for energy Efficiency C rating house and its commodities?

Good evening, it has been giving me a huge headache recently. Me and my girlfriend are planning to move into an apartment like this http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-to-rent/property-36930208.html
and we have no idea how much the taxes will be. Or even a better question, when you rent through agencies are taxes included? Because most of apartments we were looking through have energy efficiency rating C. We would keep the laptops (2) between 5-8 hours per day. And PS3 with a pretty large LED Smart TV on at least 4 hours per day. Washing machine would be used once per week. Stoves would be electrical. And how much would the water and council tax would be, say the average of general use?
I GREATLY appreciate your help and if possible please provide me with detailed information. We really want to move out quickly as possible and we are planning on having a budged of ~700pm. And we want to know how much money we would need in total to provide ourselves with all basic commodities. I gratefully appreciate the help because it is the information I most need at the time. Band C for energy efficiency means that it’s pretty well-insulated. It’s HEATING that racks up the bills, not a couple of PCs and a game console.

Water depends on where you are, and/or how much you use.

You should be spending no more than 1/3 income on rent. If you want to enjoy it.
