Your Questions About Fast Money Online Paypal

Mary asks…

Can I buy something from eBay with PayPal, but without verifying a bank account or confirming a credit card?

At the moment, it’s too much of a hassle for either. I have payment due in 2 days, but both of those take several days to verify.

I’d like to note that its a rather silly system. I’m trying to use less than 15 dollars, and it wants some of the most important personal information from me. And it’s not fast when it takes at least 3-5 days to activate, nor is it efficient when I have payment for an auction due in less than 2 days.

Nagesh answers:

Didn’t you think about that before you bid on the item? LOL Typically, it will say in BIG letters that the seller only accepts PayPal. It would have seemed logical that you would have gone and figured out what you needed to do to use PayPal and if you didn’t want to give out your personal info … Don’t bid for the item.

Sorry, but if PayPal has put a limit on your account and won’t let you pay unless you link your bank account etc to it, you are stuck.

Only way to verify your bank account quickly is to verify it online by giving PayPal your online back login and password. It will be verified immediately.

But, since you are too busy to be bothered, and I am sure you will think they are going to go and snatch all your money out of your bank account, that won’t happen.

Mark asks…

how do you pay someone in paypal using one of those visa gift cards?

i need to know how to pay someone in paypal using a visa prepaid gift card, it seems like it should work.

Nagesh answers:

First thing you have to do to go the visa gift card website
to register the card in your name and address
then once you do that then you to link the card to your paypal
account
it will need to be verified so hopefully you can get a card that you can
see the transaction online
also paypal will also do a Credit verification check by charging 1.00
from the card(that will fall off in a day or so) then when you verify the card
paypal will send a 4 digit code to the credit (i like a credit refund or something like that) then you have to tell paypal the 4 digit code
then you can send money to another person
all this takes time it mgiht take about 3 or 4 days
a lot fast might be a money order

How to tranfer money from paypal to Bangladesh?

Hi there,
I am a freelance programmer residing in bangladesh. Is there anyway to transfer money from paypal to Bangladesh?
such as bank accounts, credit cards or any other way?
Bangladesh has all the famous international banks like standard chartard and hsbc etc.

Nagesh answers:

Have you heard of Western Union — a fast, reliable and convenient way to send a money transfer?

Western Union has been operating for over 150 years. Today with just over 245,000 Agent locations worldwide in over 200 countries and territories, millions of people trust Western Union to send and receive money worldwide.

Western Union helps people all around the globe — and here at home. Find out how to protect your transactions and your personal information and avoid fraud. Tip: Don’t send money to anyone you don’t know.

Send money online using a Visa® or MasterCard® credit or debit card if you live in one of the developed countries, like Australia, Austria, Canada, France, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States.

However, with Bangladesh Government’s red-tape and related obstacles, you would be lucky if you succeed.

Best of Luck!

Jenny asks…

What’s the best way to transfer money from a UK account to an Amercan account?

I currently bank with Natwest in the UK.

I need to transfer aprox. £4000 to my girlfriend’s account in the US but obviously I would like to do this without loosing any/much money in exchange rates, bank fees etc.

What is the best way to transfer or get the money to here without incurring too much excess cost and what things should I be wary/aware of?

Many thanks

Nagesh answers:

I’m from the UK, but live in the US, and I often have to transfer money from my US account to my UK one. The two companies I’ve used have been Paypal and Xoom. Xoom has a marginally better exchange rate than Paypal (but not by very much) and has the advantage that the money goes direct from one bank account into the other in very little time (provided all the details are right). However, it charges the sender a flat-rate fee of $4.99 for bank-to-bank transfers (it’s about $9.99 for card-to-bank transfers).

Paypal lacks a flat-rate fee, but charges a percentage fee for international transfers. I believe this fee is split between the sender and the receiver, since the money is not deposited directly into the recipient bank account. In other words, you may be charged a small percentage to send the money and your girlfriend may be charged a small percentage to get the money into her account. For small amounts this fee would not be very much. For £4000, however, even a 0.5% fee (which I believe is the minimum) would be £20. I find Paypal not to be very transparent as far as fees are concerned, so be sure to look very carefully to figure out the full cost if you decide to go with them.

On the whole, however, I think it’ll be cheaper, easier, and faster to use Xoom. But note that I use Xoom to send money from the US to the UK. I don’t know if it’s even possible to do things in the other direction! However, if not, it may be useful should your girlfriend ever need to send you money.

Two final comments:
1) How well do you know your girlfriend? If you only know her online, or you’ve not spent much time with her in person, then please be very very careful. I’m very sorry to say this, but people are taken in all the time by very convincing scams. £4000 is a lot of money to send if you have any doubts whatsoever.
2) Is there any way you can avoid sending the money? Why do you need to send it at all? If it’s to pay for something specific, is there any way you could pay for it directly? It might well end up being cheaper.

RUSHMORE ONLINE CASINO question: what is the safest way to send money into an account?

I wouldn’t want to give my checking account number to anyone, but would you suggest a credit card is safe? Or do you send money from a credit card to a paypal or a net teller account? Or do you use these prepaid all access visa cards? And if you use the visa cards, can you buy these online, or where else do you buy them? Just curious, I might never gamble on line since it still seems riskier to me than a regular casino, but I’ve always been curious how people are doing this. Thanks!

Nagesh answers:

Personally i prefer online accounts like Neteller, Pay pal, they are trusted and fast.. When you register, you provide a credit card number, and when you been paid, you can easy withdraw your money on your card.
In many years, i had never one problem with them.
