Legal advice dealing with my wife/stalker?

I met a woman online and dated her for some time. I quit my job to move to Canada where she lives. Im from the US. I wasnt able to get into canada and ended up staying in Montana. She sent me money from time to time to help with rent and what not. I told her Id pay her back, but she said I didnt have to worry about it and she was doing it for us. Not sure who wins at that point. It goes on from there and I was finally able to get into canada. I lived with her there for almost a year. Towards the end of my visit we decided getting married would help me get back to canada again, faster. We got married and I came back to the US. She also got pregnant. We talked the entire time about adoption and it was always the plan. Once I moved back to the US we started falling apart. I decided I didnt want to be with her anymore and didnt love her. She got mad and told me she was keeping the baby. She calls me dead beat and all that other stuff, which is fine, but she also emails me, calls me, sends letters to my friends at their work, and sends all of my myspace people emails about me. She tells me shes going to ruin me and tells me my social security number and asks me if Im scared. She somehow got into my twitter account and changed my stuff to things saying how gay I am, and what I like about men, etc. She sends my current girlfriend emails all the time despite being asked to stop. She doesnt stop and doesnt go away. She emails me all the time about how shes coming after me if I dont send her money and how shes going to bury me and how much easier it would be if I just went along with what she wanted me to do. Is listing my social and threatening to ruin me a crime? Is any of this blackmail? Is any of this harrasment? I need some help and need it fast. Is it a crime to log into my twitter and change my status? She has no right to this stuff. Please help…

internet guy help!! I NEED ADVICE!?

so ok i met this guy on korean cupid…i mean like i have said b4 in my questions there are no asian guys in my area so what is my last result in trying to meet asian guys and girls? online..well i have met people and some guys too! some come to illinois to visit and we have met and yadayada but now i met this really cute indonesian chinese guy and he is really nice and cute but i think just really lonely…but i mean he is in canada and i am in illinois..here is the thing he calls me EVERYDAY 3 to 5 hrs a day…spends money to buy calling cards online…and he is like i dont know SERIOUS about our “relationship” i bet if i asked him money he would give it to me. he actually cares about me…i mean when he asks me questions when i see him on webcam he really like i think LOVES me…i mean once i was working and he called and we were on phone for 3 hrs but he was kept waiting long periods of time…i mean it goes to that extent! so now i am freaking out bc its too fast and if i tell him to stop he will not call or he can go crazy…i feel smothered and i JUST DONT KNO WHAT TO DO!

OK, so i quit my job in january from this fast food place…
i started working there near the very beginning of july. i made about $3000 (probably a bit more, don’t remember lol). from my pay stubs they deducted some money…

1. so is that the money i am going to get back?
2. when is the due date for tax returns, my friend told me its too late? (she got back like 130$ and she only worked for a few months.. thats why i wanna do it lol)

3. i read online that i needed a T4? or something… but my employer hasn’t sent it.. do i need it?

4. can someone tell me the steps i have to take to get some money back lol..!

Whats happening to this country, now that obama is running it?

Hes trying to tax the upper class more heavily, which is stupid, because they worked hard to get where they are. They shouldn’t loose that hard earned money because obama wants them too.

And now he is trying to use government run health-care? Has he seen what happened to canada with their government health-care? I read an article online about this woman who lived in canada, she developed a brain tumor and was told she had a 6 month wait before she could be treated. WTF? Then she came down to the U.S, and we took her in immediately and removed it. We have millions more people than canada does, so whats gonna happen if we get hurt badly? Are they gonna put us on hold?

Also, my dad just told me that they are trying to pass government run thermostats in our homes, to cut down on a/c electricity costs. And if you run ur a/c too long or set the Temperature too low, it shuts off the a/c. that is messed up. You should be able to keep your house at what ever Temperature you want. Especially if you are an elder, or have a condition where you cant be exposed to certain amounts of heat.

Finally, whats with him and trying to bann SUV’s? They do use a little more gas then desired, but they are needed for people who own boats, or trailers, or for large families. If we want an SUV, we should be able to buy one. He already banned Hummers from being made because they arent fuel efficient enough. he is such a hipocrit. Gee, I wonder how much gas he uses when he needs to fill up his 9 mile to the gallon stretch limo he uses when he travels ANYWHERE. Or using crap loads of fuel to fill up his air force 1 air plane. And by 2011, he is going to pass a law that states all cars being made must achieve over 30 something gallons to the mile. Well, that only eliminates 60 percent of all car dealerships.

Dont get me wrong, i am for saving the world. I do my share with going green. I recycle more then anyone I have ever met. Our electric bill is only 60.00 dollars per month as opposed to our friends whos bill is over 500.00 dollars per month. But Obama is just moving to fast with this going green.
