Unfortunately, there is no good way for the average person to make money on line. Almost all money making sites on the web are scams. Under no circumstances should you give any money making site your credit card number. Never sign up for any “free” service that is free for one month and then you have to cancel it to avoid credit card charges. You will find it very hard to cancel. The phone number they give you to cancel may always be busy, so you can’t cancel. They will often charge your credit card even after you think you have cancelled. Never give a survey site your bank account number or personal information.

Many sites claim you can make money by filling out surveys or clicking on ads or some other silly method. They screw you around answering some surveys and then try to push the “free” offers that you have to charge to your credit card. One common trick they play is that they let you make 5-10 dollars easily. But their web site rules say you have to earn 40 dollars before they send you a check. To make the extra money you have to participate in “free” offers. I have played around on some of these sites and it always come down to them wanting to get your credit card number in the end. Don’t let them.

You will find many people on this site that claim they made a lot of money at such-and-such a website. They are usually liars trying to make money. For instance they will say: “Go to cashcrap,com/q2347.” The “q2347” is a signal to the cashcrap site that you are being referred to them by “q2347.” If they sucker money out of you, “q2347” gets a kickback. These coded signals can be hidden by different methods in the link. Other people will refer you to their own private website or blog for the purpose of trying to get money off you. The bad spelling and grammar is usually a good tip off of this.

Note that I say there is no good way for the AVERAGE person to make money on the internet. If you are not average, and have some special skill, you can make money. If you are good at selling things, try selling things on E-bay. If you are good at writing, set up a blog or other site and sell ads. If you are good at computer programming, try setting up a site that uses your skills. None of these methods are easy, you have to be really good to make much money. Since I don’t know what special skills you have, I have a hard time advising you on this.

However, if you go to a site that claims ANYBODY can make money, it is usually a scam

Probably the easiest way is either Paid-To-Click or Paid Blogging. With Paid Blogging you write about the service or product that you’re going to sell if you’re an affiliate of a website that sells products/services and provide your affiliate link/hoplink on the bottom of your blog so people could follow through to your sales page.

With Paid-To-Click (PTC) you get paid for clicking a link and viewing it for 30 seconds. You get 1 cent for each link but mostly there’s more than 10 links on the page. PTC works by having advertisers to pay for their ads to be shown on the site. In return you get 1 cent and they receive traffic to their website.

This will sound really stupid… Killing cows is one of the fastest ways to make cash in f2p. Their cow hides sell for 150 coins each last time I checked. You probably haven’t killed a cow in a while on Runescape. Let me just tell you, cows drop in about 2 seconds when your higher than level 3. 😛 Don’t collect them at Lumbrige, go to the field to the south of Faladore and the west of Draynor. Take them to Draynor to bank them. When your done sell them on the Grand Exchange. It might sound stupid but its not. It made me about 90k per hour when I was nonmember.

Another way to make money for nonmembers is to collect runes at the Dark Knights’ Fortress. You just pick up the runes that are on the ground. Since runes are stack-able you can collect them for as long as you want. If a revent attacks you while you are collecting them then go to the north-west ladder and climb it. The revent can’t follow you. Wait up there until it leaves. I made about 60k an hour doing this as a nonmember.

The best way ever to make money for nonmembers is the Grand Exchange. All you have to do is go to the Grand Exchange guide on the Runescape website and find something that has been going up and down on the graph like crazy and is pretty low at the moment. Then here is the beauty of it. You earn money according to how much you invested.

That means if you bought 100 bronze bars for 150 gp each and waited a week and they went up 79 gp to 229 gp each then you would gain an extra 79 gp for each bronze bar you bought. If you do the math that would give you 7,900 gp. That’s just for 100 bars! What if you bought 1,000? 10,000? 100,000? That’s pretty good money right there.

You can woodcutting, I got form 30 woodcutting to 60 in less than a week.
Then you can wc yews. They sell preatty good.

Another way is to kill cows near to lumbridge. You get cow hides. They are worth 100gp. Its not much, but after you get 1000 its really good money.

You can also mine coals. After you get 60 mining you can go the the mining guild. There are many coals that you can mine.

You can also mine rune essence. They are very fast to mine. In an hour you can make over 30k.

You won’t make enough money per month to pay for a car and insurance by doing online surveys. You won’t make enough money to pay for a bicycle by doing online surveys. If you work hard and put in a lot of time you might make $50 in a month. You’ll make more working for minimum wage at a real job. You also won’t be subjected to spam like you will an online job. If you need to make money fast (legitimately) and can do so, go drive a semi truck. Drivers are always in high demand and you can easily earn a couple grand in a week. All you need is a 1A. License and you are good to go.

Go or call a local university and see if they have anything for you. Many people are working on their masters degrees and need research done. Usually it’s filling out a questionaire or light physical activity.

If nothing is going on, ask a secretary there if they have any ideas. They know more of what’s going on and needs to be done than all but the human resources people there.

As you know the problem is your age. When you say a lot of money and fast, I’m not sure that’s possible for your age group.

Given that’s the case, you can still find a job just so you have steady money anyway, but it’s got to be something useful to the customer.

Dog walking, watching younger kids, cut lawns or cut lawns while people vacation, feed a pet while people are on vacation. If you like pets, swing by the vet and put up a flyer, you’ll have all kinds of calls. Do this at holiday time too and charge a fair amount. People wait too long before boarding a pet and they can’t find one. Plus it’s better for the pet to not be exposed to other pets that aren’t feeling well. Granted they will be alone all day, but they won’t get sick.

Clean pools.

Get your neighbors to pay you protection money while they are on vacation cuz you wouldn’t want to see anything happen to their house. LOL. Just don’t get in a turf war.

You have come to the right place for advice like this. Im not as old as you but i am a genius at this stuff. You should make an ebay account and sell some unwanted stuff. But make sure you pay the selling fees (only like 40 cents). Also, ask your parents without asking. Just sigh and say “ive been working so hard, but i just cant get the money”and have a disappointed look on your face. Another option would be to walk dogs. Print flyers and stuff them in mail boxes. It works. One more thing youi can do is really effective……..don’t buy unneccessary things!!!! Dont buy that new wii game that just came out or those new boots (unless your shoes are literally falling apart).

You can only obtain legitimate work from home positions from brick and mortar companies.

You want to send your resume out to companies hiring for positions you are qualified for, but include in your resume that you have a home office and you wish to work remotely. Include how you have your home office set up and what equipment you already have in order for you to perform your job.

These jobs are just going to advertised as jobs, they would not promote them as “work at home” because they would hear from too many unqualified people.

Car washing sounds good.
Bake some cakes or cupcakes and sell them piece by piece to little kids. If it’s good , trust me you WILL make money from it.
Or you could buy cheap candy , from Sams club ( idontknow if you have that btw ) and sell them. Like the big boxes

Winter – Knock on some doors and ask if they want their car dugged out of the snow.

Fall – Sweep up some leaves for the neighbors.

Spring – You could be hired as a florist anywhere, or you could do gardening for some neighbors also.

It all depends if their cheap or not. You can make money from it though.

You can also babysit. Find moms that like to go out clubbing, single moms or with dads that work late. That also helps alot.

I have been working from my home in a rural, mountain area for just a little over the last year and am close to earning 25k right now. There are a lot of scams out there, so do be careful. If you e-mail me I do have some sites that you can check out the quality of the companies you are looking into. Particularly data entry and type at home and the survey companies tend to be bogus and will take off with your money, with the promise to pay you after hours filling out things online. The company I work with has scored in the top 10 work from home opportunities available, has been around some 20+ years and has won the BBB Golden Hall of Fame Award for Ethics and Integrity as well as countless other awards, including Inc. 500 (5 times, that is more than Microsoft has).

One thing, if you are SERIOUS about working from home, just because you are in your home you still must WORK, no HONEST company will say you can collect a paycheck for sitting home watching tv in your underwear.

But since you mentioned the virtual PA, I imagine that you are looking for the good old-fashioned work from home method to make money online, the one that involves hard WORK and is not another way to make money instantly only for its author. You could check the reviews websites – but be aware some people are true advertising wh*res and just write fake reviews to get leads for the affiliate program. There is a new system launched by Paul Myers not long ago that seems to be on the legit side of doing business – use yahoo to search for “partner with Paul” or simply partner with paul without quotes and you should get it. Get 2 part-time jobs if you have to. Most places like Walmart or Target hire lots of help for the holidays. Have a yard sale and sell anything extra you have…dishes, extra sets of sheets, extra towels, old picture frames, dishes and clothes. You might think you don’t have a lot to sell, but what is junk or extra stuff to you is needed by someone else and they will buy it. Display your art at your yard sale too, and be realistic about the pricing…you need the money now..you can work toward the fame and art galleries later.
If you are a good student, offer to tutor….or maybe you could babysit. Just don’t give up without a fight.

First of all I would suggest you be very careful in how you approach this. People can be very sensative in these kinds of matters. I would strongly suggest that you first approach the boy’s parents . Let them know how you feel about this young man and that you care deeply about this issue. Let them know you you don’t want to make a spectacle of their son and that you only want to help. Have a list of ideas of fund raising ideas that you have in mind and get their input on what they feel would be appropriate. I would suggest investing in woodcutting because ores have lost great value because of illegal bots. Fishing catches as well. Logs sell very quickly at the Grand Exchange, and when you get to level 60, yew logs sell for about 500 a piece. Compared to it’s equivalent, mithril. Mithril ore sells for only 250 a piece, and it takes forever to mine. It needs level 55 mining. Adamantite takes about two full minutes to respawn, and it sells for only 1000 piece. Yew trees are much faster. Start on regular trees, than oaks, then yews. Dont sell willow logs.

I’ve been involved with AGIO Promotions as a salesperson for a number of months now. You’d be right in assuming they’re legit. They’ve always been straightforward and quick to deal with, no problems as of yet to report. They do expect you to already be a salesperson and to put the work in….I do, and make a good living from it. Commissions are genuinely very good so If you can sell, you’ll make the money….some interesting products too.

Working damn hard for long hours. Two reasonably well paid jobs. One of which involves some time working from home, so I get the benefit of the extra income and still being able to be at home in the evenings with my wife. Both jobs have flexible hours, so I can also schedule to be off work when she has her days off, although I inevitably end up working some part of the day.
