There are many ways to earn money in Mabinogi. Since you’re open to the idea of repetition, might I suggest selling Egoable weapons. In case you don’t know, egoable weapons are specific weapons with 100 Proficiency and they still have 80% of their original max dura (i.e. You have a 10 dura weapon, the lowest its max dura can be in the end is 8)
Popular weapons to ego are Leather Long Bows and Gladius Swords (usually up to 100k for each, unless they’re a good colour, in which case they can sell for a lot more. It really depends on your server). Two handed swords are also popular and can sell for a few hundred k for good colours. Alternatively, you can sell ego repair weapons (Spirit Weapons require a high-prof weapon and a spirit liquor to be repaired). Dura doesn’t matter here, but the prices are significantly cheaper. Another alternative to selling spirit weapon items is to run Rabbie Basic or Albey Red and collect the skeleton (red and metal ones too) fomor scrolls that drop. They’re common drops in those dungeons and when turned in to Eavan or another npc, can fetch quite a lot (approx. 15k for 10 metal skeleton scrolls and 11k for 10 red skeleton scrolls). Doing a few runs can net you 50~60k+, so if you keep doing this, you’ll make a lot of gold quickly.

Some more alternatives include collecting Holy Water from church jobs, collecting expensive Thunder/Fireball/Ice Spear/Arrow Revolver pages and selling them, selling enemy drops to others, etc.

When you finally have all that money, you can try marketing with items that are commonly sold such as Broad-Brimmed feather hats, popular blacksmithed/tailored items, etc.
If you can get some for really cheap and sell for a lot more, you would have made a potentially large profit. With that profit and the money you got from selling that item, work up with more expensive items that can lead to more profit. Eventually, you’ll find yourself buying items for 2 million and selling them for 4.4 million if you’re lucky. The rest becomes easy to figure at that point.
