These are the items you can sell:

fruits are the simplist though because one peice of fruit is worth 100 bells, so its easier to do if you have a ton of trees.

Start up a “Kissing Booth” where a dog sits behind the booth & people will have to pay a dollar to get a nice sloppy wet kiss from it! You need to get at least two or three dogs to exchange a few times because they will get tired & they have to be very good kissers. Just make sure they have nice smelling breaths. Some companies are looking at creating a market for hemp – the fabric is stronger than cotton and needs less pesticides etc to grow. See if it’s legal to grow this in your state and start researching firms that are looking to source and add this fabric to the materiel’s they use for their clothing or upholstery lines.

You could build some property on it and advertise it as a rental retreat space for rent to yoga groups, church groups, etc. Naturally this will need planning permission.

As far as the woodland is concerned depending on what type of trees are growing there, see if you can periodically sell some of the timber without destroying the aesthetics so it would still be an attractive hiking area for any group retreats is you go that route.

Back in 2006 I was actually in the same situation as you are now.. There is work out there they aren’t all out there scamming you but you shouldn’t be too naive, that’s it.
I mean, it’s easy to tell the scammers apart.. Money isn’t that easy to earn as some would have you believe.. Woulnt’t everyone like to earn easy money??..
Just use common sense, have you ever had to phone customer service? If they have a good Engslish accent there’s a chance they are in the USA and working from home you could even ask them directly! They’ll be more reliable than asking some random people on the net. If you see this category next week you’ll find that some users post the same scam warning all the time, they just waste their time and yours so think beyond the box, use google and your common sense.

That is the same question I asked about a year ago. I just open up a keyboard and words just come.

I was interested in the environment, health and family and began writing about things that related to this. However writing alone didn’t earn me anything.

I then began to search for an eco friendly company to represent – that would tie in my writing and things that I was rather passionate about along with the potential to earn an income.

Took me a year to find a genuine, reliable company to represent. Not everything on offer has history, stability, quality of products & genuine commitment. Trust me, I tried a few and I simply refused to promote a company or its products if I personally would not choose to use them.

Well there is a happy ending to the searching and I am sure you will find yours. I love what I am doing and I love teaching others to do the same thing. It not only earns me an income but gives me a real sense of achievement. So don’t just jump into anything that has any major commitment and financial outlay, is something totally new or doesn’t provide a fair compensations scheme.

Some of the answers here offered a home BUSINESS you do NOT want to get involved with that as it is speculative and you have to outlay money and most of them are scams. This is a list of real companies that use telecommuters and all are legit. Pay varies most of it is customer service and requires typing skills and phone skills and a quiet area to work, when you apply they tell you what you need for work. I work at home and have for over a year and love it; I work part time and make more money than when I worked full time. I do customer service.
